Please read these before registering. They apply to every guest attending an event at The American Club Jakarta.

Please bring a valid ID for the security check upon arrival.
Please arrive on time and follow the event schedule.
Non-members are required to park outside the club premises.
Follow the instructions given by the teacher and The American Club Jakarta staff.
Keep your personal belongings with you at all times.
Respect other guests, staff, vendors, and event facilities.
Please inform our staff if you require assistance during the event.

No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are allowed once payment has been made.
Registrations are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person.
Registrations cannot be rescheduled or exchanged for another event or date.
Do not bring prohibited or hazardous items into the venue.
Do not damage, misuse, or remove any property or equipment belonging to the venue or event.
Please do not photograph or record residential entrances/doors, security check areas, or security features.
Please avoid photographing or recording other guests without their consent.
The American Club Jakarta reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with the event rules or whose behavior may disrupt the event or affect the safety and comfort of others.
